Unique Stay, but Room for Improvement
We stayed for one night in a Premium Igloo and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, but the overall experience fell short. The accommodations felt outdated, with limited furniture space and a lack of basic amenities. Be prepared to carry your luggage through the snow and don't expect a great breakfast.

It was just a fitting option for a two-day stay in Rovaniemi with value for money. The walk to Santa's Village was refreshing, allowing us to explore the area. Make sure to check dining options outside if you’re not a fan of fancy restaurants.

Magical Northern Lights Experience
Staying in a Premium Igloo was truly magical! The heated glass ceiling allowed for incredible stargazing, and we were thrilled to see the northern lights right from our bed. The location is perfect, only a short walk to Santa's Village and other winter activities. The only drawback was the limited dining options nearby, which made planning meals a bit difficult.

comfortable stay with some room for improvement
The heated glass ceiling was impressive, making it perfect for stargazing at night. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, and I particularly enjoyed the garden view from our igloo.
The limited vegetarian and vegan options at the restaurant could be improved.

Staying in the Premium Igloo with my family was an unforgettable adventure! The kids loved the high-tech amenities, and we were thrilled to catch the Northern Lights thanks to the automatic alert feature. The short walk to Santa Village made our stay even more magical.
My children wanted a more flexible check-in time for families.

The culinary delights were top-notch, especially dinner in the restaurant—definitely a highlight! Plus, the aurora alert system was pure gold for stargazers like us. The heated glass ceiling made the igloo cozy and warm regardless of the chill outside!
The breakfast area felt a bit grimy, and the lobby lacked a comfy vibe—more like a luggage zone! Also, the communication mishaps left us waiting for a taxi on our departure day.

would stay here again
The Premium Igloo was super comfy with a heated glass ceiling perfect for viewing the northern lights right from bed. The room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, private bathroom, and good heating. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options, so get there early for a good spot. It's also just a short walk to Santa's Village.

Our stay was filled with memorable experiences, especially when we witnessed the Northern Lights twice thanks to the useful alarm feature. The cozy underfloor heating in our igloo helped keep our wet clothes dry, and the friendly staff really enhanced our comfort during a rough start with the heating system. The dinner, though limited, was delicious, and the half-board option was a great relief considering the high food prices in the area.
